Our Commitment

At Dubai Avenue Scents, every fragrance is crafted with exceptional care. We stand behind the quality of our products. If something is not right with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

• Damaged or defective product: If your fragrance arrives damaged, leaking, or with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full replacement or refund. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photo evidence via WhatsApp.
• Wrong item received: If you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost.
• Unopened items: Unopened, sealed fragrances may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of luxury fragrance products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
• Products where the seal has been broken
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale
• Bespoke or custom-blended fragrances
• Gift sets that have been partially used

We strongly recommend requesting a consultation via WhatsApp before purchasing to ensure the fragrance is right for you.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order details, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our team will assess your request and respond within 24 hours.
4. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a bank transfer, at our discretion.
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unopened items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs. We will cover shipping of the replacement item within Nigeria.
