Dubai Avenue Scents is a luxury fragrance brand based in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. We sell authentic, hand-crafted fragrances through our website and WhatsApp. All orders are processed and fulfilled from Nigeria.

• All fragrances are 100ml unless otherwise stated.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
• Limited edition products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed via our website order form and completed via WhatsApp. Submitting an order form does not constitute a binding purchase until confirmed by our team via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

5. Payment

Payment instructions are provided via WhatsApp after order confirmation. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as communicated by our team. Orders are not dispatched until full payment is received and confirmed.

6. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp.
• Nationwide delivery within Nigeria typically takes 2–5 working days.
• International shipping is available; timelines and costs vary by destination.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier.
